Additional Info.
All participants will receive thorough safety instruction prior to any activities on the course. Each participant must have a completed and signed "release" turned in. If participant is a minor, the "release" must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.

We will contact each group 1 week prior to event date to confirm the number of participants. These numbers will be used to prepare food and schedule facilitators. These final numbers will also be used for our invoice. Payment is due in full, prior to starting activities. We accept cash or check. No credit or debit cards. Payment by paypal is accepted but must be arranged prior to visit.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your reservation for safety briefing and harness fitting.

Meals can be provided upon request for an additional fee. Please let us know at least one week prior to your visit if you would like for us to provide a meal. Contact us for meal options and prices.

There is a weight limit of 250 lbs on all elements and the big zip line. Participants may be asked to weigh on scales if weight is in question. 

We will take pictures throughout the day. Pictures will be posted to our Facebook and Instagram page.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
A full refund for deposit will be given for cancellations made at least 21 days prior to event date. Cancellations made less than 21 days before event date will receive a credit to use at a later time. If cancellation is made 7 days or less prior to event date, deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations based on weather will be made by Bar-T staff, the day before or morning of event date. If a challenge course program must be cancelled due to severe weather conditions, every effort will be made to reschedule the event. A program that is 75% complete will be considered a full program and will not be rescheduled.

What to "Wear & Bring"
What to wear- shorts, jeans, t-shirts, athletic clothes. Please wear sliders under athletic shorts. Keep in mind, you will be wearing a harness. 

Shoes-tennis shoes, lace up, athletic shoes. Absolutely no flip flops, sandals, crocs or open back shoes.

Don't wear any jewelry that could get entangled or lost.

Keep longer hair pulled back in pony tail to avoid entanglement in element.

Spending Money- Drinks and snacks- $.50-$2.00. Souvenirs- $.50 and up. T-shirts-$10.00.

Bring completed "release" (Participant Information, Confidential Medical Information, Voluntary Waiver, Release of Liability and Assumption of Risks).**In order to participate, you MUST have this completed.
